Research Masters in “Sciences, Technology and Health”

In conjunction with the University of Rennes 1 and other higher education establishments in the Brittany region, INSA-Rennes plays an active role in training candidates for the second year of the research Master diploma in “Sciences, Technology and Health”, offering a syllabus with 7 options.

The Master's programme is strongly based on research training through research activity. It is supported by the recognised research laboratories of INSA-Rennes and includes a 150-hour theoretical course followed by a minimum 4-month placement in a branch of academic or industrial research.

Students at INSA-Rennes have the option of undertaking a research master in parallel with the 5th year of their engineering course, from which they will obtain a double diploma : the INSA Engineering Diploma and the Master Research Diploma.
