Cutting-edge scientific and technological research
INSA-Rennes is also a centre of research equipped with six recognised laboratories. Providing training in the branches of professional research via Research Masters and doctorates, it has co-authority to issue the doctoral research diploma.
Laboratories of national and international standing
INSA-Rennes includes six Joint CNRS Research Units associated with other university establishments, and a Research Centre. These laboratories allow the INSA to position itself in research areas which have been considered for many years as true fields of excellence.
