Partnership and projects

INSA-Rennes encourages student mobility through two principal objectives:

  • All engineering students should gain experience from a visit abroad at least once during their course, for a duration of between 3 months and 2 years.
  • All incoming  foreign students are facilitated, whether they be enrolled for a five-year course of studies or visiting us on an exchange programme.

University partnership agreements

INSA-Rennes forms links with university partners all over the world to facilitate top-quality academic exchange. This initiative is founded on:

  • The INSA network: the strong bond between the 5 INSAs
  • UEB - European University of Brittany
  • Exchange programmes with about 30 partner countries
  • Co-operation with local elite schools and universities
  • Co-operation with the Municipality of Rennes and the Regional Council of Brittany. Twinning programmes with cities and regions throughout the world
